Our mission is to ensure patient satisfaction by assisting with any issues or concerns that arise in the delivery of health care at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center. Our services are guided by the principles of Patient/Family Centered Care: Dignity and Respect, Collaboration, Information Sharing, and Participation.

Please direct any urgent issues that arise after our business hours to the Administrative Officer of the Day, (AOD) at the Information Desk.

Patients who want to file a complaint should use the ICE kiosk in the pharmacy waiting area or main lobby. If patients want to file a complaint in person they should call (301) 677-8836. Your feedback helps our Kimbrough team continue to improve the quality of services offered to our valued patients and families.
