Patient / Family Centered Care (PFCC) Team

Your PFCC team consists of the Director of PFCC/Customer Service and the Patient Advocate.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure patient satisfaction by assisting with any issues or concerns that arise in the delivery of health care at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center. Our services are guided by the principles of Patent/Family Centered Care: Dignity and Respect, Collaboration, Information Sharing, and Participation.   

Our Goal

To positively impact the patient experience at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center.

Our Service

We are available to serve you Mon - Fri: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please direct any urgent issues that arise after our business hours to the Administrative Officer of the Day, (AOD) at the Information Desk.
