ü Internal Medicine Practice:
o The Internal Medicine Clinic serves Kimbrough Prime Patients ages 18 years and older. Each of our Internists are trained to diagnose severe, chronic illnesses and situations where several different illnesses may strike at the same time. The types of patients seen in this clinic are ones with uncontrolled diabetes for 5 or more years, uncontrolled blood pressure on 3 or more meds, patients with lupus and similar auto immune disorders, patients with amputations, w/ multi system organ failure, 3 or more chronic narcotics, 4 or more psych meds, transplant patients, complex seizure patients, s/p Stroke, cancer patients, and patients with multiple conditions.
o Patients are required to bring their ID card for all visits. Guardians must possess valid proof of medical power of attorney.

The following procedures are available on a Walk-in, first come-first serve basis Monday-Friday 8:00-11:30 AM and 1:00-3:00 PM (all other services are by appointment only):
Screenings/Testing: Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD), Pregnancy, and Sore Throat
Blood Pressure Checks
Injections: Depo Provera, Vitamin B-12, and Other Prescribed Injections
Patients must have a written order in the medical record for the injection from a military health care provider. The patient must report to the pharmacy prior to the visit to pick-up the injection order label. Clinic staffs will pick-up the actual medication at the pharmacy. Patients must remain in the clinic for 20 minutes following any injection.

All provider visits are by appointment only. Kimbrough is an outpatient clinic and does not have an emergency room. For any injury or illness that may cause the loss of life, limb, or eyesight, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the time of your scheduled appointment, you will, in consultation with the clinic staff, either wait to be worked in if possible, or be rescheduled for another day.
